I have been fascinated by the workings of clocks from a very early age.

In 1975, I had the opportunity to set up my own business in the basement area of my mother's house in Galashiels.

 

Since then I have built up a large clientele throughout the Borders area and beyond and had the good fortune to be able to carry out repairs and restoration on some of the finest clocks in the country. These include pieces by Joseph Knibb and Thomas Mudge, as well as many other celebrated makers.

I am happy to carry out work on all types of clocks, mechanisms and barometers, enjoying something challenging and different.

A good selection of longcase, wall, bracket and smaller clocks is generally available for sale as well as barometers.
